Cooking can be simple and satisfying! You’ll receive 3, personalized recipes (with variations) customized for your diet, lifestyle (work load, kitchen, preferences) and goals. Make cooking intuitive and fun for yourself. These foundational meals are a jumping off point for personal health.

WHAT: Learn how to make easy and flavorful foundational meals in a 60min in-person consult with food alchemist Brigita L.  where she gets to know you, you food frustrations and goals.

HOW: We begin with a 60 minute call on zoom skype to discuss your lifestyle, goals and needs to create a customized food plan. You’ll receive 3 recipes with variations- for diversify of flavor and nutrition. These three meals (which you can rotate throughout a week) will be the backbone of your changing diet and lifestyle. After 3-4 weeks, we follow up with a 30 minute call to check in about applying what you’ve learned and any additional tweaks to help you have greater success.
